Travel Thursdays: One Trip To This Pickle-Themed Restaurant In Washington And You’ll Relish It Forever
by Sherri Adams
Visit any town in Washington and it’s not hard to find a burger restaurant. From fast food drive-ins and old-school diners to sit-down, family-style eateries and upscale restaurants, the hamburger is a menu staple in American cuisine. But what separates one burger joint from another? Obviously, the burgers have to be good, and it helps if the restaurant has a certain ambiance that makes it memorable. If you’re looking for delicious burgers and shakes, and a fun atmosphere, then you’re in luck. We found a gourmet burger shop that fits the bill. Pickle Time is a pickle-themed burger restaurant in Duvall and we think it’s kind of a big dill.
For more than 15 years, Pickle Time has been serving delicious burgers, wraps, and fish and chips to locals and visitors of Duvall.
Bill and Joo Lee take great pride in providing their customers with the freshest ingredients and made-to-order burgers all in a fun, pickle-themed space.
Be sure to check out the pickle artwork adorning the walls. If you relish the thought of having your pickle drawing on the wall, pick up some crayons and get creative.
The only dill-emma we can think of is trying to decide what to order. With more than 20 burger options, plus hot subs, tortilla wraps, and seafood baskets, you'll have plenty of delicious menu options to choose from.
What happens when life gives you pickles instead of lemons? You dill with it! Fresh gherkins from the jar or battered and fried pickles will have your mouth watering
Pickle Time tee shirts are a fun way to wear your love for pickles.
It should come as no surprise that most burgers come with pickles on them, but you can always request extra.
Pickle Time offers more than 15 different kinds of milkshakes, but sadly, no pickle-flavored shakes...yet.
Gherkin jokes aside, you’ll relish the gourmet burgers and shakes at this amusing little burger shop. Come to Duvall and see why we think Pickle Time is the real dill! Check out the Pickle Time Facebook page to see more pickle artwork and the restaurant’s website for full menu options.
Have you tried the fried pickles at Pickle Time? What did you think? Let us know in the comments.
Why not take your burgers to go and head to the nearby Bagley Creek Loop Trail for a short hike?
